As you may know, Delta Distribution / Michigan Carpet Delivery was acquired recently by XGS. Our companies will continue to operate independently. Each company has their own drivers, fleet, and pricing. There have been no changes to transit days, service levels, and currently there is no crossover of services. We want to be proactive in communicating our Operate Independently plan to eliminate any confusion for our customers. Please continue to route your freight as you always have with your carrier of choice, be it Delta Distribution or XGS. The mills will still need to make the distinction between Delta Distribution and XGS to ensure you receive the service level and price that you are accustomed to receiving.
